Mrs. Carol
Westley is a veteran in the field of
education. She has translated
her love of young people and of
learning and teaching into a career
that has spanned 28 years.
During that time, Mrs. Westley’s
commitment to her students and to
improving their school experiences
has been her motivating force.
Mrs. Westley is
dedicated to supporting and
enhancing the wonderful tradition
Hynes Elementary School has of
providing quality educational
experiences for the students in a
positive and caring environment. She
believes that every success begins
with a dream, and she is dedicated
to working with the students, their
parents, the teachers, and the board
and administration of Golf School
District 67 to develop the students’
talents and skills so that they can
achieve their personal best and
realize their individual dreams.
Mrs. Westley is
certified in both elementary and
special education, and she holds a
masters degree in Educational
Leadership and Administration from
the University of Illinois, Chicago.
