Only students who have a legal residence within the boundaries of Golf School District 67 may be enrolled. It is a criminal offense to enroll or attempt to enroll anon-resident student, except as allowed by law.

Anyone seeking to enroll a student will need to call the School Office to set up an appointment to begin the registration process.

Your child's original birth certificate and supporting documentation will be needed to prove residency.
Parent/Guardian Identification
In order to notarize your signature, an official document with a photo ID must be presented.
- Illinois Driver's License
- Illinois State ID
- U.S. Military identification card
- Passport
Proof of Age
- Child's original certified birth certificate.
- If a birth certificate is not available because the child has recently moved to the U.S., the child's valid passport will be accepted.
- If a birth certificate is not available, other documents may include a religious or physician's certificate or an adoption record which includes the student's date of birth.
- Preschool student must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st.
- Kindergarten student must be 5 years old by September 1st.
Golf School District 67 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in admission to its programs, services, or activities, in access to them, in treatment of individuals, or in any aspect of their operations. Proficiency in the English language is not required for admission or participation in the district's activities and programs.
