FOIA
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is an Illinois state statute granting the public the right to access government records and documents. FOIA operates on the principle that the public has a right to know what the government is doing. Golf School District 67 complies with FOIA in accordance with Board Policy 2.250.
FOIA requests enable individuals to inspect and/or copy district public records, unless protected by specific exemptions under the law.
