Beginning January 1, 2025, the Illinois Pay Transparency Act requires employers with at least 15 employees to disclose the pay scale and a general overview of benefits in all job postings. Licensed and Non-Licensed Staff
- Pay Scale: 2025-26 New Hire Pay Schedule

- Board-paid group term life coverage licensed staff: $50,000 non-licensed: $25,000
- Optional enrollment in 403(b), 457(b), 529 College Savings and FSA/DCA/Transit
- Paid Leave: 12 sick days and 3 personal days
