Illinois statutes permit public school districts to charge students a fee for the use of textbooks, materials and supplies that are used in the course of a student’s education. Funds are budgeted for general supplies and materials, equipment, classroom supplies, and other consumable material each year. The annual registration fee charged to students is intended to cover only a portion of the cost of these items.

If you feel your household qualifies to receive free meals, please complete the Household Eligibility Application. If you are approved for free meals, your Registration and Technology Fees will be waived.


If you receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits, your Registration and Technology Fees will be waived.
