District 67 provides health services at both Hynes Elementary School and Golf Middle School. Qualified health staff help protect children from disease and administer first aid. Health staff also provide direct services to students with significant medical needs.
In order to protect their own well-being and the well-being of other students, all students are encouraged to have annual physicals and ensure that students are up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please refer to the district's Registration Health Requirements section for more detailed information.
Parents must advise the health services personnel if their student requires special medication or has health issues and/or critical health needs.
Students who want to participate in extra-curricular activities must submit the appropriate health forms, completed by a physician.
