Only students who have a legal residence within the boundaries of Golf School District 67 may be enrolled. It is a criminal offense to enroll or attempt to enroll anon-resident student, except as allowed by law.

  • Anyone seeking to enroll a student will need to call the School Office to set up an appointment to begin the registration process.

  • Your child's original birth certificate and supporting documentation will be needed to prove residency.

Parent/Guardian Identification
In order to notarize your signature, an official document with a photo ID must be presented.

  • Illinois Driver's License
  • Illinois State ID
  • U.S. Military identification card
  • Passport

Proof of Age

  • Child's original certified birth certificate.
  • If a birth certificate is not available because the child has recently moved to the U.S., the child's valid passport will be accepted.
  • If a birth certificate is not available, other documents may include a religious or physician's certificate or an adoption record which includes the student's date of birth.
  • Preschool student must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st.
  • Kindergarten student must be 5 years old by September 1st.

  • Choose your child's old school or school closest to where you are living now
  • Transportation to and from school
  • Participate in your child's education
